I am a wedding photographer located in Malaysia with current prefoessional photographer associations joined: AGWPJA, WPJA, WPPI & PPA. From the very beginning when I bought my first DSLR Canon 400D in May 2007, my intention was to record the moments for my family and the growth of my lovely pair of kiddo. I was in photography classes during my study in The One Academy back in 1990’s when I was teenager. During film time. I still remember the time spend on developing film, and photo outing at dataran merdeka to capture the magic hour moments. Everything was so exciting and I fall in love with photography since then even it was just a semester with less than 13 classes. However, due to financial problem, I have to quit The One Academy and join a gas industry. As developing films are very expensive at that point of time, I have to hold back my interest on photography After all these years, when i am back into photography, I started shooting portrait and some still life and same time was thinking may be marco photography will be my choice..However, in July 2007, after I join the workshop organized by one of the master of wedding photographers in Malaysia, the slideshow that he showed to us really touched me and it turn out to be my passion and my part time job. I love wedding photography so much and it is the most satisfied moment for me when I see how the couple appreciate and happy about the images and moments that I capture for them no matter how tired I am at the end of the shooting session.

We are now packing for our First Overseas Assignment. Destination: Singapore. Some of my friends start asking me, err, Edwin, how many website do you have now? which one shall we follow? haha, let me explain this, I started with www.edwintcg.multiply.com a year ago but beside the response time issue, the image quality arent that good. However, since I have almost 800 network contacts in my multiply, I will still post my link over to continue update my friends on my latest work. As for www.flickr.com/photos/edwintcg , it has good images quality and never fail me on the response time, but too bad, it has limited layout and it is purely for photos viewing without blog, link or review.
So, I decide to register with wordpress and my own domain www.edwintcg.com / www.edwintcg.wordpress.com for more flexible photo gallery sharing and blog update. Currently, my web designer is working on my photo gallery and showcase pages and I shall migrate to www.edwintcg.com within August I hope.
Yes, finally my dream come true with my own domain. I do hope to share with you all my photos which records my photography journey since I started May 2007……
And to you, Amanda and Benjamin, this is what your daddy been doing during all these weekends..and every single nights on photo editing and blogging. As promise, I will make my time for both of you at least once a month to spend the whole weekend with you two…
