From the very beginning when I bought my first DSLR Canon 400D in May 2007, my intention was to record the moments for my family and the growth of my lovely pair of kiddo. I was in photography classes during my study in The One Academy back in 1990’s when I was teenager. During film time. I still remember the time spend on developing film, and photo outing at dataran merdeka to capture the magic hour moments. Everything was so exciting and I fall in love with photography since then even it was just a semester with less than 13 classes. However, due to financial problem, I have to quit The One Academy and join a gas industry. As developing films are very expensive at that point of time, I have to hold back my interest on photography After all these years, when i am back into photography, I started shooting portrait and some still life and same time was thinking may be marco photography will be my choice..However, in July 2007, after I join the workshop organized by one of the master of wedding photographers in Malaysia, the slideshow that he showed to us really touched me and it turn out to be my passion and my part time job. I love wedding photography so much and it is the most satisfied moment for me when I see how the couple appreciate and happy about the images and moments that I capture for them no matter how tired I am at the end of the shooting session.

Time to declare to myself Top 3 New Year Resolution:
It seems to be a while after my school day to receive trophy again. Well, in my full time job, my boss only give me a pay cheque or certificates for those company internal awards so far but not a trophy. Two days before Chinese New Year, I receive the trophy and cheque from WPJA on my recent award for 2nd place in Emotion Category 3 Qtr 2008 AGWPJA Award.
This award really means a lot to me. It is telling me that my passion towards wedding photography and path in photography for the past one year is the correct choice for me and my life. I sincerely thanks to all including my family members and loves one who have supported me since the day one I chosen this path and to all masters, sifu, senior and expert in this field who provide me with guidance and advise, you are the light source in my path and without your support, I am still a day dreamer and lost in the middle of darkness…
Once again, thank you so much and lets this be the beginning of an interesting path ahead

Over the years, I have been having sickness during Chinese New Year Eve either fever, flue or allergy and seems it is repeating every year. For this year, I came back from Ipoh Wedding Job and start my last minutes house keeping.. throw all my clothes and bedsheets into washing machine, mopping floors and clean up all the junk in my car while preparing for praying ceremony. At 545pm, I fetch my family members and rush for the dinner at Sg Buloh Restaurant. The food is good but seems they are unable to coop for the new year eve’s congestion. Everyone in that restaurant are complaining about the delay in food serving. Some waited as long as 2.5 hours. I took some of the photos during the dinner
After dinner, we went back to my parent’s home and giving angpao to my family members as traditional but this time, my kids said they want to overnight at their grandparent’s house. While driving on my way back alone, the street is so quiet and plus the rainy weather, I suddenly feel so cold and lonely in this Chinese New Year Eve..I cant feel any chinese new year mood nor any typical chinese new year celebration mood..I bought some decoration at home even including the Chinese lantern and was thinking it will bring up the mood and the happiness feel.. but having the busy day till the dinner over, I dont feel the environment that I use to have during my childhood.. now is 11:59pm .. another one minutes to go for Chinese New Year Celebration…
Here comes all the fireworks…despite the current economy crisis and the rainy night, I can still hear the fireworks all over Kuala Lumpur
